Shaped like the tip of a fountain pen, this tube pasta shape is about 45mm long and about 10mm diameter, Made with spinach puree and semolina flour for that al dente texture. This will change your perception about packaged pasta.
Since we do not pack our pastas with Nitrogen, the green color might fade/change after storing. YES, This is safe to eat, this is a normal discoloration of the REAL spinach we use, NOT FD&C number 1,2 or 3 ! #DITCHYOURBOXEDPASTA
Separate the pieces before cooking, and use plenty of boiling water that has been previously salted (1 teaspoon per 2 liter of water). Boil until it reaches the consistency that you like. REMEMBER that these are fresh pasta, so they do not take long at all to cook and save the pasta water to adjust the thickness of your sauce!
