400g plain flour （普通面粉）
50g corn flour （玉米粉/粟粉）
200g toasted almonds （烘香杏仁）
600g cooking chocolate （烹饪巧克力）

(Preheated Oven 180C : 7 - 8 minutes)
125g Unsalted Butter
60g Icing Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
2g Vanilla Extract
200g Cake Flour/Low Protein Flour
50g Almond Flour
12g Milk Powder
1g Salt
(Preheated Oven 180C : 15minutes)
(Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Middle Rack)
250g Dark Chocolate
5g Vegetable Oil
Handful Almond Nibs
(Chill in normal fridge for 15minutes till chocolate set before eating)
