Jamun Vinegar is 100% natural brewed vinegar which slows down the rise of blood sugar levels after the meal and when taken at bed time lowers the morning blood sugar levels. It is manufactured by a fermentation process to the required levels of acid content. Jamun Vinegar should be taken diluted with water.(approximately 3 teaspoons in 200 ml water) after a meal.
