ANIMALE PISTA-PESTO SAUCE FOR PASTA OR PIZZA HOMEMADE PISTACHIO PESTO

This listing is for one glass jar 120ml house made Pista-Pesto Sauce from @animalerestaurant.
One jar of pista-pesto will be enough pasta sauce for 2 portion (1 portion is about 100-150 gram fresh pasta)
This green pesto sauce isnt the typical pesto that you have tried, it is made with Californian pistachios, basil, garlic, parmesan and extra virgin olive oil. Use it for an amazing replacement for your tomato based pizza sauce, or toss it with your favorite pasta for that fresh and herby pasta dishes.
This particular Item will be packed in a glass jar, and sent with ice pack to help maintain safe temperatures.
HEATING DIRECTIONS:
• Scoop out the required amount of pesto into a saute pan big enough to fit the pasta as well
• Heat over low heat until the sauce simmers
• Adjust the consistency of sauce using pasta boiling water
• Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, add salt if required
• Combine pasta to the pan & toss the sauce. Turn up the heat to reduce the sauce if needed.
