This listing is for one glass jar 120ml of house made Marinara sauce from @animalerestaurant.
One jar will be for a single portion of around 100-130 grams of fresh pasta.
Made with San Marzano tomatoes, this staple for every kitchen is such a handy ingredients to have in your refrigerator. Base of crushed tomato sauce, enhanced with garlic, herbs, and onions.
Use this for your pizza base, pasta sauces, meatballs sauce, sandwich dips, or as a mothersauce for your limitless creativity.
This particular Item will be packed in a glass jar, and sent with ice pack to help maintain safe temperatures.
HEATING DIRECTIONS:
• Empty the jar into a saute pan big enough to fit the pasta,
• Heat over low heat until the sauce simmers,
• Adjust the consistency of sauce using pasta boiling water,
• Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, add salt if required,
• Combine pasta to the pan & toss the sauce. Turn up the heat to reduce the sauce if needed.
