In this fourth volume in his Chevrolet history series, John Robertson takes a look at the introduction of the Impala in 1958 and Corvair in 1960, plus the many styling changes of the period at Chevrolet. This deluxe hardbound volume is illustrated with hundreds of photgraphs from the GM Media Archives, where Robertson worked as a product specialist until his retirement in 2000. Each year is covered in a separate chapter, and the book also includes a look at the competition from Ford, Chrysler, Plymouth and American Motors.
