A Life With Food

Peter Langan, founder of Langan's Brasserie, died in December 1988, after being badly burned by a fire in his home, but had already written the first chapter of this book, together with a detailed chapter-by-chapter synopsis. The book has been produced as he had planned it, illustrated with paintings from his own collection, including his favourite Hockneys, and the text is supplemented by his close friend, Brian Sewell.
