Use steps for Style1-- Self adhesive type :
Way 1:
First- keep your chest clean and dry ;
Second-tear down the glue cover film(please keep and save the film for further use)
Third -stick the Breast Form to your chest ( from top to bottom) ;
Last - stick the film to the Breast Form again after use.
Way 2:
Just put the Breast Form into the pocket of your bra (pleasedon't tear down the glue cover film )
How to clean :
Please wash it in warm water with mild soap.
Please don't wash the back concave glue .
