A Color Atlas of Histology

This full color atlas of histology offers a large collection of original photomicrographs of all tissue types. Each chapter begins with a brief overview about the types of tissues illustrated in the chapter and explains how they fit into the understanding of how the body functions. Magnifications are given for each micrograph, and in many cases, the same tissue is presented at varying magnifications allowing for more in-depth learning.
