The Abbasid and Umayyad era in Andalusia was truly the golden age of the renaissance and Islamic civilization in various scientific, literary, intellectual, cultural, and other fields. Among the cultural developments of this era is the emergence of the official historical codification of the various Islamic jurisprudential schools of thought, such as the four schools of thought of the Sunnis and the community, the Zaidis, the Ibadis, the Maturidis, the Ash'aris. and other branches of each Islamic school of thought, each separately. In addition to the Islamic sects that were not destined to survive, which led to their extinction and extinction. In this book, we wanted to briefly mention the history of Islamic sects, especially in the first three Hijri centuries, starting with the oldest of these Islamic sects and proceeding directly to the most recent. We ask God Almighty that we have succeeded in this research of ours, and that it be in the balance of our good deeds. In the end, we would like to point out that this book of ours is a book that examines the history of the emergence of Islamic sects in a brief manner only, and it is not a specialized book that examines the science of Islamic jurisprudence or the fundamentals of religion (science of belief), or what is known conventionally as the science of Islamic theology.
