9 Hand Painted Textures

Despite the fact that these gorgeous images look a lot like some coastal honeycombed rocks I have seen in the past, they are not based on photos of those rocks. These are entirely creations of paints and inks, partly out in the real world, then brought into the computer and finished in Photoshop. Because they have such a softly blended surface, they respond very well to being scaled up, even up to 400% see the bottom image above ; Making every image into thousands of possible textures and gradients.
