Return & Warranty Policy
Zapals warrants our action camera against manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase. Within this period, we will be solely responsible for repairing or replacing any components that fail in normal use. Repair or replacement will be made at no charge to you for parts and/or labor, provided that you shall be responsible for any transportation charges.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or the normal breakdown of colors and materials. In addition, consumable parts, such as batteries are not covered under Zapals's warranty policy, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
