To use them simply draw a shape and keep it selected, then open the Brushes window or press F5 and just choose the desired brush and start designing! To change their size, just double click on the one you want to modify, and enter a different proportion. To save them on your Illustrator brushes library, select all of them, click on the library icon on the Brushes window down left corner and then select "Save Brushes".
