3. Goreng secara bertahap sedikit demi sedikit sambil ditekan-tekan agar matang secara merata, lalu tiriskan
4. TIPS!!! Jika ukuran kerupuk tebal, lebih baik dilakukan 2 kali tahap penggorengan agar mekar dengan sempurna:
-Pertama, goreng kerupuk dengan api kecil sampai mekar lalu tiriskan sebentar
-Kedua, goreng kembali kerupuknya dengan minyak yang sudah dalam kondisi panas
