cooking recommendation:
Pre cook: rinse the herbs with clean water, blanch the meat in boiling water +- 5min, put it aside.
Step:
1.put in the herbs,meat,veggies(optional) and water into a pot, boil with med-high heat.
2.after boiling, simmer with low heat for about 40min or until the meat soften.
3.To add flavour you may add salt,onion to your preference.
4.turn off the heat and serve it warm.
