Machine wash in cold water with like colours.
Do NOT Tumble dry.
Hang to dry in a cool shady area away from sun.
Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or dryer sheets.
Do not iron.

For specific sizing, please refer to our Size Chart below, taking into consideration that if you're near the borderline for sizes or you wish to wear your compression garment primarily for recovery purposes, be sure to choose the smaller size where possible.
