- Cara penyimpanan: Simpan di tempat kering, suhu sejuk dan terlindung dari sinar matahari
- Expiry: 12 bulan sejak barang dikirim, atau sampai warna, rasa, dan baunya berubah
Cara Pakai:
1. Dikonsumsi langsung, atau
2. Direndam semalam dengan air matang supaya biji lunak
3. Direndam selama 3 jam di air panas. Saring, buang airnya. Bisa tambahkan madu lalu dimakan
4. Ambil 1 atau 2 sendok teh, masak selama 3 menit di air panas. Saring, minum hasil rebusannya (kalau mau biji kelabat yang sudah direbus bisa dimakan)
Bagi pemula, disarankan mengonsumsi dalam dosis minimal (1g), tambah sedikit demi sedikit.
