INI ADALAH PRODUK YG MEMERLUKAN PENYIMPANAN SUHU BEKU
● PENYIMPANAN
• Simpan di Freezer dalam keadaan tertutup rapat (max 1 Bulan)
● CARA MEMASAK
1. Keluarkan Frozen Croffle Dough dari freezer dan tempatkan di tray/loyang (tertata rapih dan beri jarak tiap croffle)
2. Diamkan sampai mengembang dalam keadaan tertutup plastik sampai mengembang 2-3 kali lipat, kurang lebih 2-3 jam.
3. Panaskan Waffle maker disuhu medium (180C - 190C), atau api kecil jika anda menggunakan kompor gas
4. Lumuri croffle dengan gula pasir/brown sugar (sesuai selera). Untuk yg tidak suka terlalu manis tahap ini bisa dilewati.
5. Panggang croffle sampai warna kuning keemasan merata (3-4 menit)
