How to Use: For Daily Care and Protection: Use shampoo to wash your hair daily. After each wash, apply Dr. Plex conditioner and leave on for 3-5 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. With Plex System for Regenerative Treatment With Plex System: Mix 10 ml of Dr. Plex Phase 1 with 30 ml of water and apply evenly to hair. After 5 minutes (without washing off Phase 1), apply 15 ml of Dr. Plex Phase 2 (you can help yourself with a comb). After 10-20 minutes, rinse your hair with lukewarm water. Wash your hair with Dr. Plex shampoo for damaged hair. You can add Dr. Plex Booster for damaged hair (from 1 to 10 ml) to the Dr. Plex conditioner to enhance the effect of the conditioner. Apply the conditioner for 2-5 minutes, then rinse it with lukewarm water.
