Oyek singkong makanan khas jawa , yg alami tanpa pewarna dan pengawet .
•manfaat :
-pengganti nasi sbg sumber energi
-pencegah diabetes
-menurunkan resiko kanker
-menurunkan kadar kolestrol
-untuk program diet
•Cara Masak :
-cuci beberapa x (3 atau 4 x ) hingga kayu singkong terangkat air lalu buang
dibilasan terakhir sisakan sedikit air, rendam kurang lebih 5/10 menit sampe oyek dirasa agak melar dan agak sedikit lunak
-setelah dicuci lalu tiriskan dan masak dgn cara dikukus ( bila perlu kasih daun pandan biar wangi) masak -+ 15 menit/ hingga matang tandanya oyek sudah tidak lengket pada centong
NB: jangan di rebus ya ka, biar gk benyek lengket dan oyek jadi tidak enak
•Setelah dimasak oyek bisa langsung dimakan sbg penganti nasi, atau di campur dengan nasi putih
•atau bisa di bikin nasi goreng bumbu kencur ( mantep bgt rasanya)
•bisa juga di urab sama parudan kelapa yang di kasih sedikit garam
•Oyek mempunyai bau yang khas karena proses perendaman singkong
