Oyek/tiwul/ nasi singkong terbuat dari singkong pilihan, murni, alami, tanpa bahan pengawet. bagus untuk kesehatan. Makanan ini kaya akan karbohidrat, rendah gula dan sangat baik dikonsumsi untuk penderita diabetes serta bagus untuk program menurunkan berat badan/ diet.
Oyek sbgai pngganti beras, bisa d sajikan untuk makanan pokok bersama lauk pauk, sayuran, ikan, daging, sambal dan sebagainya. Juga bisa d masak dg di campuri gula merah ataupun parutan kelapa. Bahkan bisa d goreng untuk cemilan. Juga bisa di masak sebagai campuran beras (kombinasi campuran oyek dan beras).
Cara memasak:
1. Letakkan oyek/tiwul/nasi singkong ke dalam wadah
2. Cuci oyek/tiwul/nasi singkong, lalu buang airnya dan tiriskan kurang lebih 5 menit
3. Kukus oyek/tiwul/nasi singkong kurang lebih 15 menit, kalw ingin hasil lebih menul2, bisa di siram air panas ketika di Kukus, jika ingin agak keras, tidak usah di siram air panas. Sesuai selera yaa
