This coffee is grown in the highlands of the Aceh region, this area still retains the growing method handed down by the dutch during the coloniztion of indonesia, the gayo coffee is known for its strong body, strong chocolaty aroma, nutty taste and a bright fruit like acidity with a smooth aftertaste.
