Тактическая рукоятка FAB Defense для ПМFab Defence PM-G – уникальный аксессуар для пистолета Макарова. PM-G – представляет собой эргономичную накладку, которая устанавливается вместо "родной" рукоятки ПМ и обеспечивает надёжный хват в любых экстремальных ситуациях. К тому же, благодаря специальному наплыву, полностью минимизирована вероятность травмирования затвором руки стрелка при неправильном удержании пистолета. Главной же особенностью PM-G является возможность извлечения магазина без помощи второй руки. Выброс магазина осуществляется специальной клавишей, которая расположена под большим пальцем руки стрелка. Эта клавиша через специальную тягу сообщена с «родной» защелкой, то есть конструктивно пистолет остается неизменным. Текстурированная поверхность позволяет надежно удерживать пистолет. В нижней части накладки встроена петля для страховочного шнура.
