Description
Крупная листовая пластина. Зимостойкий высокоурожайный. Среднеспелый сорт. Период от полных всходов до начала массовой срезки 40-45 дней. Розетка прямостоячая, рыхлая. Лист удлиненно-яйцевидный, темно-зеленый. Длина пластинки 14 см, ширина 7 см. Урожайность 3-8 кг/м2. На одном месте даёт высокие урожаи 3-4 года. В пищу употребляют в вареном и сыром виде. Листья заготавливают впрок, засаливая и консервируя.
