Description
Глостер Е28/39 (G.40) стал первым британским реактивным самолётом. Испытания прототипа, оснащённого турбореактивным двигателем, начались в апреле 1941 г. В марте 1944 г., в ходе завершающей стадии лётных испытаний, Пионер достиг скорости 755 км/ч, наибольшей на то время в Великобритании. В апреле 1946 г. экспериментальный Е28/39 (G.40) был передан в Научный музей в Лондоне. Всего построили два опытных самолёта. Количество деталей: 28. В комплекте: литники для сборки, декали и инструкция.
