Молд силиконовый «Листочек», 9,5x3,5 см. Силиконовый молд поможет сделать объёмные украшения для тортов, капкейков и кексов.Используйте разные материалы:кондитерскую мастику;марципан;растопленный шоколад;смесь сгущёнки, сахарной пудры и сухого молока.Совет: добавьте пищевые красители — так украшение будет выглядеть ещё эффектнее.Как готовитьЦеликом заполните смесью полость внутри молда. Тщательно утрамбуйте.Удалите излишки с помощью кондитерского шпателя.Поставьте молд в холодильник или в морозильную камеру (в зависимости от густоты смеси).Когда материал затвердеет, выньте готовое изделие из молда. Для этого достаточно аккуратно отогнуть стенки формы.Поместите украшение на десерт и подавайте к столу.Силикон безопасен для пищи. Его можно использовать при температуре от –40 до +230 °C.Молд используют для занятий творчеством, например, в мыловарении.(2581348)
