Description
Коптильня предназначена для горячего копчения продуктов (рыбы, мяса, птицы и др.) на открытом воздухе. Особенностью данного изделия являются специально разработанные конвекционные отверстия в решётке, которые обеспечивают равномерный процесс копчения и исключают пригорание продукта к решетке. Изделие выполнено из стали толщиной 1,2- 1,5 мм с нанесением покрытия термостойкой краской «CERTA». Коптильня имеет внутренний съемный поддон, что значительно облегчает чистку изделия.
