Коптильня предназначена для горячего копчения продуктов питания в походных условиях, на даче или просто на пикнике на природе. Размер (ДхШ) 480 х 280 мм Высота 170 мм Материал Нержавеющая сталь Толщина металла 0,8 мм Количество ярусов 2 Вес 4 кг Коптильня оснащена поддоном для сбора жира, чтобы он не капал на древесную щепу. Слайдерный замок коптильни удобно и герметично закрывает корпус, обеспечивая оптимальные условия для копчения. Использовать коптильню очень просто: насыпьте на дно коптильни немного мелкой древесной щепы или стружки (желательно таких пород, как яблоня, вишня, груша, ольха, дуб) накройте щепу поддоном для сбора жира установите решетки и на них уложите продукты закройте слайдерную крышку установите коптильню на мангал с открытым огнем через 25-90 мин (в зависимости от продукта) у вас готовое блюдо горячего копчения, для приготовления которого не требуется особых навыков и умений.
