   Description
Капельная лента CORSO (made in Italy) имеет самоочищающиеся плоские эмиттеры, которые уменьшают накопление частиц внутри лабиринта, даже при низких рабочих давлениях. Входное отверстие фильтра и широкие проходы лабиринта предотвращают засорение эмиттера. Устойчива к УФ излучению. Устойчива к химикатам и удобрениям используемым в сельском хозяйстве. Изготовлена из высококачественного первичного полиэтилена. Равномерный расход воды на большем расстоянии, в сравнении с щелевой капельной лентой.
Капельная лента: способ применения, принцип действия.
Капельная лента – это главный элемент в системе капельного орошения. Именно через нее просачивается жидкость с удобрениями в почву. Наша компания занимается производством капельных лент и их реализацией: лента со щелевым типом капельниц и лента с турбулентными плоскими капельницами (эмиттер). Способ применения:
Перед укладкой шлангов необходимо следующее:
Срезать защитную пленку и открыть сердцевину.
Установить рулон на устройство для раскладки.
Убрать защитную пленку вокруг шланга.
Избавиться от защитного картона с катушки.
Шланг надо подать на раскладывающую трубу, направить водовыпуск капельниц вверх.
Принцип действия лент капельного полива:
Жидкость поступает в регулирующий канал из подающей трубы через множество фильтрующих отверстий.
Проходит через лабиринтный канал, который регулирует расход воды.
Турбулентный эмиттер, интегрированный в капельную ленту, включает в себя лабиринтный канал.
Турбулентный эмиттер равномерно распределяет воду для полива и предрасположен к меньшим засорам.
Укладка шлангов:
Устанавливаем шланги сбоку от посадок, если растения растут на грядке в один ряд.
Устанавливаем шланги между посадками, если растения растут в два ряда на грядке.
Не стоит забывать:
Капельницы должны быть направлены вверх.
Скорость раскладки регулируется исходя из состояния поля, при установке шлангов под почву.
Использовать глубинный диск для обеспечения одинаковой глубины на механизме подачи шланга.
