   Описание
Фармакологическое действие Противовоспалительное средство, оказывает противомикробное (бактерицидное в отношении Staphylococcus aureus и Streptococcus pyogenes) кератопластическое действие. Оказывает также местное раздражающее, анестезирующее и кератопластическое действие. При наружном применении ускоряет созревание фурункулов. При непосредственном действии на кожу вызывает слабое раздражение чувствительных нервных окончаний, сменяющееся снижением их чувствительности, что приводит к возникновению рефлексов, изменяющих трофику тканей. Вызывает денатурацию белковых молекул. При ректальном применении ихтаммол оказывает раздражающее действие на слизистую оболочку прямой кишки, вследствие чего рефлекторно усиливается кровообращение в органах малого таза, улучшается обмен веществ, что способствует устранению воспаления в предстательной железе у мужчин, яичниках, маточных трубах, матке у женщин. Лекарственное взаимодействие Не совместим с растворами солей йода, алкалоидами, солями тяжелых металлов, оксидом цинка.
