   Description
Бур Metallica Ultra 906255 предназначен для ударного сверления перфораторами SDS-max бетона, кирпича, камня и других не хрупких минеральных общестроительных материалов. Применяется для сверления сквозных отверстий при прокладке электропроводки, труб и других коммуникаций.
Преимущества
Тело бура изготовлено из инструментальной стали марки 40Х
Оптимальная закалка тела бура до твердости 38-40HRC позволяет сочетать высокую упругость с достаточной ударной вязкостью, позволяющей при хорошей передаче удара бойка избежать преждевременной поломки. Такая закалка также обеспечивает необходимую стойкость к истиранию боковых поверхностей, что снижает риск поломки бура в средней части, находящейся под переменной изгибающей нагрузкой
Х-образная твердосплавная напайка из карбида вольфрама марки ВК-8 твердостью 89-91HRA уменьшает вероятность заклинивания и поломки бура при попадании в арматуру по касательной
Бур имеет более высокий ресурс по сравнению с бурами с плоскими напайками
Две широкие П-образные спиральные канавки обеспечивают наилучший отвод шлама из отверстия
Угол и сечение спирали специально рассчитаны для каждого диаметра в отдельности для достижения наибольшей скорости сверления среди буров SDS-max
