surrounded by bad bosses

Let's get straight to the point of writing this book: The world is full of bad bosses and managers—team leaders, group leaders, department managers, unit managers, deputy department managers, department managers, and chief department managers. Sometimes the president is the chairman of a Fortune 500 most profitable company, and sometimes he's in charge of a local sports team. At all levels in companies of all types there are those who have wrongly ended up in the boss position and caused problems for themselves and their team, due to their naivety and lack of competence. There are bosses who are very nice, and there are bosses who are absolutely hateful. Some bosses don't know their employees' full names, some shirk their responsibilities, and some are so incompetent that the company is truly better off without them. ​
