Weipa Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken) Powder / Karage

Apart from being crispy, this karaage fried flour is also very fragrant and tasty because it contains Weipa Original.
One sachet can be used to fry 400g-500g of chicken thigh meat that has been cut into small pieces (4-5cm / depending on taste).
How to setup :
Dissolve 80g of Karaage Weipa flour with 80ml of water until smooth
Put the chicken that has been cut 4-5cm into the Karaage flour mixture
Fry in a frying pan with hot oil 165-175°C for 3-4 minutes
Material :
Wheat flour (domestic production), starch, garlic powder, salt, soy sauce powder (including soybean), black pepper, white pepper, grape sugar/processed starch, seasoning (amino acids, etc.), baking powder, spice extract , peppers.
