This book presents a reading of the inheritance research according to a different vision than it was, after defining the concepts of the book" and the obligatory one," in addition to detailing the issue of marriage, adding topics such as the sworn king, divorce and the single mother, and reformulating the concept of the Sunnah in a more accurate way than before. It also deals with issues in "women's jurisprudence" such as guardianship and marital pluralism, and the resulting inequities against women throughout Islamic history. The author has dealt with the causes of stagnation in Islamic legislation, and the historical motives that were behind the disruption of reason and the suspension of ijtihad, which led to depriving women of much of what is their right. This is what prompts the discussion of the Prophetic Sunnah and the discussion of what has been called the science of the causes of revelation" and the reasons for establishing it in relation to the rule that the wise revelation is valid for every time and place.
