pp: 248. SIGNED FIRST EDITION. Green printed dust jacket, green boards, pictorial endpapers, and colour illustrations of the Regimental colours. Signed by the author on the title page. A history of one of the oldest regiments in North America. The regiment served in the American revolution, and both world wars. However, it also served an important civilian function. During the early years of Upper Canada, the Rangers helped build a road system that still stands today. The book includes a list of Allied Regiments, commanding officers, honorary Colonels, and the all important Regimental Sergeant-Majors. A very good copy with light wear. There is a small ownership sticker on the free endpaper.
