The Pound Era

Hugh Kenner has taught at the University of Georgia, The Johns Hopkins University and at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Canadian born, he attended the University of Toronto and Yale University. Since 1947 he has published more than twenty books, concentrating on the great Modernists (Joyce, Pound, Eliot, Beckett).
