It is used for providing electrical ground between the copper ground wire and water pipes CATV satellite telephone drops or service masts. Set-screw stud assembly is compatible with a standard terminal wrench and allows ground wire changes without loosening the clamp. To install it use the attached screw to connect a wire between the strap and the ground block.
