One of our current single origin espresso options, the ‘Pulu Pulu - Dark Roast’ is grown in Pulu Pulu, North Toraja. Washed processing is a method that has been done since the era of our ancestors and still being used from one generation to generation, up until now. Tana Toraja as known as the Land of the Heavenly Kings is the house for thousands of springs that never stop flowing. This espresso roast of Pulu Pulu washed processed is characterised by sweet almond, dark notes of molasses and toffee with light – orange type acidity and creamy finish.
