PREPARATION
Directions:
1. Add Sayur Lodeh Paste into 350ml of water
2. Stir well and bring it to boil
3. Add all vegetables, cover the pot and bring it to boil
4. In a seperate bowl, stir the premix into 65ml of warm water
5. Stir and mix well and set aside thereafter
6. When vegetables are tender, add the premix
7. Mix well, cover pot and bring it to boil
8. Low the fire and simmer for another 10 minutes
9. Serve immediately
10. Top it with desired amount of sambal chili
STORAGE
• Store in a cool and dry place
• After opening, keep pack refrigerated and use within 3 days

• Sayur Lodeh Premix: (Dehydrated) Coconut Milk Powder (Coconut Milk Solids, Maltodextrin, Sodium Caseinate), Skim Milk Powder
• Sambal Chili: (Heat Sterilised) Chilli Paste (Water, Dried Chilli, Salt), Vegetable Oil (Palm Olein), Sugar, Onion, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp, Salt), Garlic, Shallot, Candlenut, Chilli Powder, White Pepper
