Prayer Living with God

This is a revelatory guide to prayer and Christian living. If you enjoy Tugwell's world, you will be affected and find that re-reading each section brings memorable insight to your life. This is not light reading and is not for beginners. If you want to be challenged by the "art of praying" and open your faith to some new realms you will find a path here. Prayer and living WITH God are fully intertwined in this wonderful little book! Tugwell's books, mostly from the 1970s to 2000, still read almost as if they were written yesterday. It is a shame that they seem to be forgotten and out of print. (as of 2017) This book and its follow-up, "Prayer in Practice" and his "The Beatitudes" should rate as classics, perhaps the best Dominican writing of their type from the late 20th century for our generation.
