This journal was created for the person who needs a blue print to help you "trick" your mind into achieving goals. It may seem really simple, but it is sometimes the simple that is done over and over that compounds and allows you to achieve your goals easier and simpler than you ever thought imagined. Once I learned how the brain works and how to put it to work for me - it was absolutely amazing what started to happen in my life and in my career. I struggled for years trying to figure out the "goal thing." I knew I had accomplished goals in the past, but I really didn't know how or remembered how I did it. Learning these simple steps and doing them everyday allowed me to become unstoppable! Work on your goal at 90 days at a time. You can work harder for shorter periods of time, be more focused and achieve more. I have incorporated all the activities and actions that the wealthy do on a daily business to achieve their success. Might as well mimic the wealthy in order to achieve like they do.
