They are all included in this well research book which is a must for trivia buffs. Some of the meanings are arcane, some are frankly hysterical and the points mentioned in the Bible reveal wit, humor and intelligence over and above its sacred nature. It offers some of the names favored by Puritans: Faithful Long, Live-in-peace Hillary, and Goodgift Noake. This volume also points out, that given the frequency of misquotes and malapropisms, it is a wonder anyone every gets it correct. A very interesting, enjoyable read.
