Since God found me in Murcia until my death in Damascus, I have been on an endless journey. I saw lands, met people, made friends, and lived under the rule of the Almohads, the Ayyubids, the Abbasids, and the Seljuks on a path that God ordained for me before my creation. Whoever is born in a besieged city generates an overwhelming desire to go outside the walls. The believer is on a permanent journey. The whole existence is a journey in a journey.
