This instant vegetable soup has been carefully seasoned to produce a tasty and warming bowl for lunchtime. Preparation Guidelines: In a large saucepan, whisk soup mix with 3 cups (750ml) cold water and 1 cup (250ml) milk. Bring to a boil over moderately high heat, whisking constantly.
