Get Your Shift Together:: What Did Goldilocks Know About Building and Maintaining Resilience

We launched Clinician2Coach, a coaching and consulting business, to help people bring their best and most creative self to every engagement, both personally and professionally. Since then, we have spent time speaking, leading communication clinics and development workshops, and investing in transformational work. Often after a speaking engagement, we are asked if we have any supplemental materials, or additional information about the subjects we invite people to think about. This booklet is our response. We use this in conjunction with in-person seminars and workshops to provide the most complete experience possible for our clients and participants. We hope it acts as a useful tool to forward personal and professional growth.
