The Fiskars aviation snips' blades are heat-treated to make them up to 40 percent more durable than standard models. A series of micro-serrations ensure the blades grip your material for less slipping. The soft grips make it more comfortable to use this tool for extended periods. You can use these snips to cut either 18-gauge regular or 22-gauge stainless steel. The blades make cuts up to 1-1/2 inches long.
