This listing is for one pack (300 gr) of fresh Bucatini Pasta dari @animalerestaurant.
A long thick pasta with a hole in the center, about 5mm thickness. Made with semolina flour for that al dente texture. This will change your perception about packaged pasta.
Loosen the pasta strands before cooking, and cook in plenty of boiling water that has been previously salted (1 teaspoon per 2 liter of water). Boil until it reaches the consistency that you like, the key is to keep on testing the noodle. REMEMBER that these are fresh pasta, so they do not take long at all to cook.
Don't forget to keep the pasta water to adjust the thickness of your sauce!
