Diablo Tools Fine Finish Saw Blade

The Diablo® 14-inch X 84 tooth fine finish saw blade features TiCo™ Hi-Density carbide blade tips, which contain the ideal blend of cobalt, titanium and tungsten for their specified purpose. Use this blade for crosscutting oak, melamine, molding, pine and plywood. A high tungsten content increases hardness in the carbide tips, enabling the blade to keep a sharp edge for longer. The Diablo 14-inch fine finish saw blade produces a super-thin .118-inch kerf that allows you to make your cuts quickly and efficiently. Its Perma-SHIELD® nonstick coating prevents binding during high-volume work and thus avoids distortion. Tri-metal brazing bonds the blade tips to their steel shoulders. This provides more impact resistance than standard blades, which mostly use single brazing layers. Laser-cut vents reduce vibration and noise in the Diablo 84 tooth saw blade, while special Freud-designed expansion slots spread the stress of operation over a greater area for added stability. This blade is suitable for use with sliding or chop-style miter saws as well as job site or workshop table saws.
