“Cooking of Finland; Old and New” is a collection of Finnish and Scandinavian recipes handed down through generations. Finnish foods have similarities with those of the other Nordic countries. There are also influences from many other cuisines of Europe including Russian, German and French. The old recipes have been modernized and modified. The reason for compiling this cookbook was to preserve the recipes for friends, family and those interested in Finnish cooking.
