The Canon 2 Year eCarePAK Extended Service Plan, specifically designed for the iPF770 Printer, is a comprehensive protection plan provided by Canon U.S.A., Inc. ("CUSA"). This plan covers a range of services including repair or replacement, installation, training, and preventative maintenance, as detailed in your eCarePAK Certificate of Registration. This certificate is your proof of purchase for the eCarePAK, which is applicable to the product for which it has been purchased, referred to as the "Covered Product". CUSA maintains the right to verify the information you provide during your eCarePAK registration and may reject your enrollment if necessary. It's important to note that the purchase of an eCarePAK is not a prerequisite for buying the Covered Product or securing financing for it. Please be aware that this service is not available in Puerto Rico. Activating your eCarePAK is a straightforward process. If you disagree with the Terms and Conditions, you have the option to cancel and receive a refund as per the "Ability to Cancel and Right to Refund" section. Your eCarePAK becomes effective once CUSA registers your Covered Product. You have the flexibility to purchase an eCarePAK within the term of the CUSA Limited Warranty for the Covered Product or before any existing eCarePAK covering the Covered Product expires. An eCarePAK is an Extended Service Plan offered for a range of Canon products including imageCLASS, imageFORMULA, imagePROGRAF, WG Series, and FAXPHONE. Depending on your product, Canon provides either an Advanced Exchange program for immediate, comparable replacement units or Canon On-Site Service.
